We're back!!!!!!

Ok, let's talk. :-)

First of all, I hope you are doing well and you are back to leading a less "pandemiky" life.  (Yes, I still make up words :-.) 

Secondly, I want you to know why you have not heard from me in quite a while.

You see, for the past 3 months, I have been re-organizing my business and re-inventing new programs that will help you lose weight, feel better, and get you moving consistently again. I needed some time to fall back and focus on re-inventing our programs because, quite frankly, the pandemic has caused a serious shift in our ability to prioritize our health and fitness goals. I have noticed that how I structured my programs before the pandemic no longer work as well. I had to dig deep to figure out the best way to serve you and support you now that this shift has been made. 

Even if you do not realize it, we are all different due to the pandemic. Because of this, different tools and tactics are now required to maintain the drive you need to attain results. 

And let's keep it real, we all need something fresh & new to get us motivated again. 

I know many of you feel the same way because that is what you are telling me. 

I also know that many of you reading this email right now are not happy with your body or your overall health.
