Now don't get me wrong, exercise and nutrition are a HUGE part of consistent weight loss and maintenance, but the problem is, no one mentions how your mindset can make or break both of those components.

Here's how it works- if your mind is not on board with a certain change, like consistent exercise or cleaning up your diet, you are eventually just going to fall off--that's just the facts--and you probably live this scenario often, right? 

Instead, and what is NOT taught is, you must first get your mind clear on what you are determined to change, and then work from the inside out to make that change--not from the outside in, as you have been doing for years--and failing!

The real deal is, your body will not change unless your mind is on board with the changes. Your mind is the boss of your body, so--EVERYTHING STARTS WITH YOUR MIND!

Well, my friend, YOU are the boss of your mind--but you do not know that you are the boss of your mind because you have been living on autopilot--allowing your mind to boss YOU around. YOU have been unaware of how your subconscious mind has controlled you and prevented you from making the changes you are desperate to make--like losing the weight you are struggling to release and from becoming who you really want to be!

Hi, I am Dre Nichols-Everett, The Exercise Habit Coach and creator of The Total Body Reset. And trust me, I get it! I struggled with my weight for years because I HATED exercise and I wanted to eat anything I wanted...all the time! 

I seriously felt hopeless and powerless because I would get super motivated and lose weight for awhile, but it would just come right back, once the motivation ended. I just desperately needed to CHANGE that paradigm for my life but my bad habits would always win! I wanted to feel accomplished, but instead I felt defeated time and time again. Sound familiar?

It took me a long time to realize that the way to change was not through feeling motivated, because motivation is fleeting. It was not through working out harder or longer because you can only maintain that for so long. And it was not through eating celery and cottage cheese because that is the fastest way to just quit!

What I finally learned, after years of studying the subconcious and the conscious minds, was that the way to change on a permanent basis is to realize that our minds can help us or prevent us from attaining our goals and it all starts with how we talk to ourselves through our THOUGHTS!

Hard to believe, right? But it is so true! When I first learned this information, I did not believe it AT ALL--until I started practicing what we are going to teach you. 

You see, your mind views any change you make as death so when you try to change, your Reptilian brain, a part of your subconscious mind, does everything it can to stop you from changing. It will start making you procrastinate, rationalize, and eventually just give up the changed behavior. 

But in this curric-U-challenge, I am going to teach you how to use your mind to propel you forward and slay all your goals. It's a different way to lose weight, but it works! 

Now, exercise and a healthy diet are important to creating healthy consistent lifestyle, but if your MINDSET is off, you will NEVER maintain it!
